Teaching with Technology Portfolio
Penn State’s The Teaching with Technology Certificate (TWT) shows that an instructor has demonstrated the innovative use of technology in teaching. The certificate is awarded based on each department’s assessment of the applicant’s web-based portfolio.
I’ve chosen to create my portfolio in the form of a series of linked blog posts on this site. Since creating this site, I have used its blog to technology tools and workflows that might be helpful to other teachers and scholars. These TWT posts continue that work, and my commentary here is intended to both explain my rationale and choices and help other teachers adapt this material for their own purposes.
Linked below are each of the posts, with brief descriptions below of the TWT requirements fulfilled by each.
